service with organizations like the American Red Cross, US. Peace Corps Volunteer, Former Chairperson of the Hasadiah Women's Missionary and Educational Auxiliary Attended Campbell County Training School when it became the Rustburg Elementary school. Parents, siblings, and other

relatives attended CCTS She's totally vested in the CCTSC Restoration Project.

A native of Halifax County Graduate of William Campbell HS Holds BA from Ferrum College Chairwomen of MLK Celebration (held at Rustburg HS) Fraud Investigator for the Dept. of Social Services Several members of Charlene's family attended CCTSC, and she firmly believes that the CCTSC restoration project is worthy of all the time and attention she gives to preserve.

Rev. Long is a native of Gladys, Virginia.

She attended Campbell County High School until it closed in 1969 Graduated from William Campbell High School. Received a B.A. degree in Psychology from Norfolk State University and a M.Ed. degree in Mental Retardation from Lynchburg College (now the University of Lynchburg). Before retiring after 44 years of service, she was employed as an Educational Consultant for the Virginia Department of Education (22 years), then worked as an Assistant Principal, Special Education Teacher, Adjunct Professor at Norfolk State University and Central Virginia Community College, Rev. Long is a former Board Chairman of the Koinonia Development Center. She is an ordained minister and a founding member of Fishers of Men, Inc. Rev. Long is married to Rev. Frank Long and has two children (Frank Ill and Kristal), and 4 grandchildren. And is member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Served a 3-year tour of duty in the US Army. Skilled Brick Mason, Retired after 30 years, as a Supervisor at Bat Masonry Co. An advocate for historic structures and preservation; Extensively Experienced in Renovations of Historic Buildings, such as Megginson School, is currently restoring the Megginson Homestead & site supervisor of the CCTSC project

Janet H. Jackson brings over 30 years of distinguished experience in financial and facilities management to the board. From 2001 to 2018, she retired in July 2018, She served as Manager of Physical Facilities Management at Howard University in Washington, D.C., where she assisted the Executive Director in managing an operational budget of $46 million and overseeing the maintenance of more than 100 buildings totaling over 8 million square feet. Before that, from 1997 to 2001, she served as Budget and Accounting Manager at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, Maryland, where she oversaw the planning and preparation of an annual budget exceeding $250 million across multiple business units. A graduate of Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting (cum laude) and the University of Maryland with a Master of Science in Computer Systems Management (cum laude), Janet continues to serve the community through leadership roles as Treasurer of both the Hill City Master Gardeners Association and the James River Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, as well as a member of the Lynchburg Chapter 7088-B of the NAACP.

 Robert Lee Cunningham Jr. was born in Lynchburg, Virginia on February 8, 1965. While growing up in Rustburg, he attended Rustburg High School and graduated in 1983. A year later, he entered into the United States Air Force and served for over 25 years. During his time, he had the opportunity to travel to numerous countries to support his unit’s mission.

After retiring from the military, Robert earned his BA Degree in Social Psychology and went on to obtain a Master of Business Degree in Human Resources. With his military experience and education, he was employed by the U.S. Government. Robert has a son and a daughter, Aaron and Danielle Cunningham, who he had with his late wife Erica Cunningham. He is also currently a member of the First Saint Paul Missionary Baptist Church and contributes his success gained over the years to his commitment to God and his love for Christ.
